Delivery

We deliver in the United Kingdom by Royal Mail Tracked 48. It costs £4.95, and is free on orders over £75. We email a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Some items, such as loose power banks, cannot go by Royal Mail. If your order includes one, we will tell you how it will be sent.

Cancelling

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel. Email hello@supplydrop.uk, then post the goods back unused within 14 days. You pay the return postage. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Faulty or wrong item

Email us a photo and your order number. You can reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return cost.
