What we collect and why

• Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, what you bought. We need this to take payment, deliver and handle returns (contract). We keep order records for six years for tax and legal reasons.
• Free card sign-up: your email, so we can send the card and occasional useful reminders (consent). You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Basket reminders: if you start checkout and leave, we may email you up to two reminders about your basket (legitimate interest, and consent where you gave your email before leaving). Each has an unsubscribe link.
• Site use: with your consent only, analytics and advertising cookies, described on the cookies page.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Royal Mail (delivery), Brevo (email), our hosting provider Hostinger, and, only if you consent to cookies, Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft for analytics and advertising. Some of these are outside the UK and rely on UK-approved safeguards. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to marketing, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
