Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Supply Drop, a trading name of Samiullah Khan, Osmunda Court, London E1 1EU. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom.

Your order

When you place an order we email you to confirm it. The contract is made when we dispatch your goods. Prices include VAT where applicable and are in pounds sterling. If we cannot supply something, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

We take payment through Stripe by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Klarna is subject to Klarna’s own terms and status checks.

Cancelling and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then send the goods back within 14 days. You pay the cost of returning them. We refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back or proof you sent them. Goods should come back unused and in their original packaging. Faulty goods

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty you can reject them within 30 days for a full refund, and we pay the return cost.

Gift orders

You can send an order to someone else. They will not see prices. The right to cancel belongs to the person who bought it.

Our kits are built around the UK government’s 72-hour checklist. Supply Drop is independent: not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK government. A kit helps you prepare. It does not guarantee safety in any emergency. Always follow the instructions that come with each item.
